One's blood is one's blood. It is difficult to escape that which has been bred into you. For me, I cannot escape my inherent ability to teach. I only allowed it to take hold of me because of it's lovely travel nature - foreign countries want their populous to speak English - but I can see it taking a more permanent position, much to my dismay. Once again I am without a subscription and without money to renew it. Flat broke, am I, despite my fantasies of travel. And that's global travel, not just pop round back of the province kind of travel. A plan needs to be made. And quick. I've decided to do something a little different from the normal

Well, someone wants me. And I don't mean the romantic lusting sort of wanting. I mean work want. As in the counselling internship I've been looking for for nearly 8 months now. Thank christ. Now I can perhaps feel as if my day to day lounging that has aspired to nothing more than being able to quiche badly made bongs and complete the entire series of Lost is actually not as bad as it seems. Perhaps. Just another day of the repetition. Just another afternoon sinking pathetically into the horizon. Leaked light sucks at the air as it's pulled under. There is nothing here for me. Someone start the car, someone drive, flung lamposts past the window. There will always be this.
